This is a hotel I’m particularly satisfied with—great value for money, with an exceptionally spacious room. The moment I walked in and opened the balcony door, I was left breathless by the stunning view. I regret staying only one night; next time, I hope to spend at least three to five days here to fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Geneva. Aside from the slightly outdated decor, there are no other drawbacks.

Service:
The hotel does not provide free clean bottled water, and asked me to drink tap water.
The front desk service is extremely poor
The only five-star hotel in the world asked me to go downstairs to get the dental kit
The front desk is full of black people at night, saying nothing is allowed
